We have openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts for full-time employees. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be able to stand continuously, read, write, perform simple math, be able to distinguish color, use both hands and arms, perform basic computer data entry, meet attendance and quality requirements, inspect and pack product, assemble various components and parts, apply labels, complete production paperwork, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and be available for overtime.

Duties include providing support to end users on a variety of computer/network issues, responding to help desk tickets, e-mails, and calls for support in both an office and manufacturing environment. Qualifications include ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, ability to work split-shift or overtime hours if needed, as well as respond to after-hours calls. Must have professional presentation and excellent communication skills. Must have in-depth understanding of general PC components and hardware installation, network infrastructure, ability to troubleshoot software programs and applications, install, update, and maintain new software, familiarity with computer scripting/programming. A/S 400 experience a plus. Ability to operate a forklift and work at various heights in the installation/maintenance of lines, cables, or other equipment required.
